Packaging

Suspend 46 grams of the medium in one litre of destilled water. Add 0.1 grams of cicloheximide (dissolved in a minimum amount of 40% ethanol) and 0.2 ml of Tween 80. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. Dispense into appropriate containers and sterilize in autoclave at 121°Cfor 15 minutes.
